FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
RESIDENTIAL
Yes. We only hire licensed workers. If you have any specific questions, do not hesitate to ask us at any time. Your comfort is our priority.
We consult on any job, no matter how big or small. Your home should be your happy place and we want to make that happen for you. Call us to start discussions on your next renovation project today.
We collaborate as much as you want or don’t want… as the case may be. We have some clients who want to be involved in every aspect of the project and others who give us the keys and walk away. We assume that most are somewhere in the middle, so we’ll talk about how we’ll collaborate at our early planning meetings. Again… this is your home and we want you to love it!
If you have a preferred supplier for certain items, such as tiles, appliances, etc… we can work with you to source and secure. Alternatively, we have a network of suppliers that we have worked with over the years and would be happy to coordinate on your behalf. Regardless, you always have final say on the design and products used.
Absolutely. We have years of experience ensuring that any job we take on has the right permits and approvals. We know the ins and outs and can make this as pain-free as possible. Let us handle the red tape, while you focus on the vision for your new space.
The timeline varies depending on scope of project and supplies needed. We do our very best to give you a realistic timeline at the start of each project and alert you to any delays that come up. We love when we finish a job early!
Usually our clients have general liability insurance, but for those instances where you’d prefer, we can take out a policy for the job.
COMMERCIAL
Absolutely. We know that wading through the red tape of permits and approvals can be daunting. We have years of experience ensuring that any job we take on has the right permits and approvals before we proceed. We know the ins and outs and can make this as pain-free as possible. Let us handle the red tape, while you focus on the vision for your new space.
We have worked on multiple commercial properties including multiple gyms ranging from 7,600 square feet to 26,000 square feet. We are confident that between our residential and commercial properties, we have the experience and the creative vision to complete any job to satisfaction.
We primarily work on design-build projects, but have worked with architects many times. Whatever direction you prefer is the direction we’ll take.
We carry workers comp and contractors bond per the California State License board. General Liability policy is available upon customer request.
Each project has a dedicated project manager and foreman who you can approach regarding questions, timelines, updates and just about anything you can think of. Those are your go-to people. The rest of the team will come and go depending on renovation need.
Our clients are important to us and, as such, we never take on more than we can handle. You will have a dedicated team assigned to your project and they would never be pulled off to do another job. That said, if there is a lull in the project due to supplies or any other issues that may delay the project, those workers might be used elsewhere for smaller jobs that can be scheduled into those gaps. But just know, while we are working on your project, that is our #1 priority.
